Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up until 14 days after the day of purchase to return your package, it must not be damaged in any way.
We will offer you a full refund or replacement for the price you paid for the item .A postal charge will be incurred if it is a replacement.
If an item is returned due to being faulty the company will inspect and offer a full refund or replacement if necessary. The company will pay for the return of the package if found to be the fault of the companies.

Payment
All online orders must be paid for by Credit Card/Debit Card/Pay Pal/Master Card/Delta card/Switch.

We do accept cheques but the funds must be cleared in the Kids Cooking Co bank account before we will dispatch the goods.
We can take payment over the telephone
Orders can be paid by Bacs
Security
All payments taken through our web site are protected. And secured connections are used.
Which means that credit card details are encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorization.

Your Privacy
We will retain your personal information to enable us to process your order. Your name and contact details will be kept on file for any future promotions or offers we may have unless you request for them to be destroyed.
At no point will your details be passed on to a third party.
